FYI: Strong Language ("Swear Words")

This record was recorded in my bedroom in Cincinnati, OH.

The bonus tracks (except for the easily-distinguished studio versions of "Cantonese Translator" and "Fun Shapes") were recorded live on Good Friday, 2016 during a private function for Disney higher-ups, their plus-ones, and various public figures of note, at the Yacht Club Resort on the campus of Disney World, Orlando FL: Bob Iger had confused me for Jarvis Cocker, and when - after a very fine and generously comped dinner at the Yachtsman - they moved the whole thing down to Hurricane Hanna's, he passed me a battered Alvarez & I realized it had been his intention all evening to ask me to play a few numbers for the eager gathering; he rather put the screws on me, and I felt I had no other option but to concede to my gracious if wine-addled host; this made, of course, for a potentially awkward scene when, somewhere mid-encore of "Fun Shapes", the real Jarvis Cocker waltzed into Hanna's (apologizing for his tardiness, which was due to then-escalating lines at TSA checkpoints at Orlando and other air-travel hubs) - but I finished the song with, if I may say so, no small degree of aplomb, and then promptly allowed Mr. Cocker (real) to take my place onstage while I retreated unnoticed to the near-empty Stormalong Bay area of the resort, mango margarita in each hand, to enjoy the last scintillae of gauzy, welcoming Lenten light in tipsy solitude.
